1) Sleep Position
Pay attention to which way you lay down in bed tonight. If you prefer sleeping on your left side, you’ll have a boy. Right side? You’re pregnant with a girl.-I flip flop...but I always end up on my left side.- BOY

2) Upset Stomach
Little girls aren’t always sweet. Extreme nausea means you are having a daughter.-Neither - I do have nausea, but I wouldn't say its extreme or frequent

3)Soft or Dry Hands
If your hands are dry during pregnancy, you are having a boy; soft—expect a girl. BOY-However I think Arizona's climate may contribute to this as well

4)Food Cravings
Your favorite pregnancy foods may tell you what sex the baby is. If you’re craving citrus while pregnant, you’re having a girl.-BOY

5) Adult Acne
If altering hormones makes your skin break out, expect a girl.-BOY

6) Graceful or Clumsy Pregnancy
If you feel as though you’re gliding through they day, you’ll have a girl. Stumbling? It’s a boy.-GIRL-I haven't noticed an increase in clumsiness...yet

7) Face Weight Gain
If your face gets fuller, it means you’re having a girl. BOY (so far, anyway)

8) Sugar and Spice Food Cravings
Craving salt during pregnancy? Potato chips, pretzels, and popcorn means a boy is on the way. Need a little something sweet? Ice cream, chocolate, and candy means you’re having a girl.- Neither - I crave both and usually at the same time.... there are chocolate covered pretzels in my pantry!

9) Mood Changes
If you’re experiencing pregnant mood-swings, expect a baby girl to arrive soon. BOY

10) High or Low Pregnant Belly
If you’re carrying the baby low on your stomach, expect a boy. If it’s high, you’re having a girl. Not sure yet


11) Baby Weight
If you’re carrying baby in front, it’s a boy. Is the baby weight spaced all around your middle? It’s a girl.-Not far enough along.

12) Pendulum Test
Dangle a chain with a charm over your palm. If it swings back and forth: boy. In a circle: girl.-I've done this so many times, even before I was pregnant and it was always back and forth - BOY

13) Model Your Hands
“Show me your hands.” If you would hold your hands palms up it’s a girl. Down? You’re having a boy.-BOY

14) Toddler Advice
Get baby advice from a nephew or friend’s little boy. If a toddler boy shows interest in your belly, you’ll have a girl. If he ignores you, it’s a boy.- neither -havent been around a little boy

15) Eat Garlic
Guess the baby’s sex by eating garlic. If the smell seeps out of your pores it’s a boy. If there’s no scent it’s a little girl. GIRL (I think)

16) Key to Pregnancy
If you pick up a key by the round end, you’re having a boy. If it’s by the long end? A girl. Not sure... I can't test it now.

17)Even and Odd Numbers
If your age and year of conception are both even or odd, it’s girl. One even, one odd means a boy.- 24, 2011 - BOY

18) Baby’s Heartbeat
If the baby’s heart beats more than 150 times per minute, you’re pregnant with a girl. Less than 150, it’s a boy. Not sure

19) Stress Test
A child tends to be of the same sex as the parent who is less stressed at the time of conception. BOY

20) Dream Meanings
If you dream about having a girl while pregnant, you will wind up having a boy and vice versa. Not sure – I haven't had dreams of either.

21) Breast Size
If your right breast is larger than the left while pregnant, you are having a girl. If the left is larger, it’s a baby boy.-Neither.

8 weeks

Dear Gummy Bear,

        Your Daddy & I got to see you for the first time today! It was such a big day for us both. You are 1 inch long, about the size of a green olive and you were already wiggling around for us to see - Thank you for that. You made our day, we cannot stop talking about how adorable it is that you already have arms and legs! Daddy said you look like a Gummy Bear...so that is your current nickname. I must have looked at your sonogram pictures a gazillion times and manage to smile each and every time. Daddy made a video, so we keep watching your little wiggle that you did for us and your heartbeat that for now looks like a little flickering dot. We bought a new computer, with a lot of much needed memory space,  because with your picture crazy momma you will have more photos than you can imagine, I hope you're a good sport about it :) We are already madly in love with you and keep wondering if youre a little boy or a little girl. Either way we will be thrilled. I can't wait to shop for you, I already got you an outfit...( dont worry, its green). You are suppose to be born on Mommy & Daddys birthday, and let me tell you that would be by far the best present in the world. Cannot wait to see you again, for now on the screen and of course the day we see you in real life will be the best day ever.

we got our wedding bands the other day,  he has his home already mine isnt ready because of sizing..but hes never worn any jewlery before so hes been 'practice' wearing it...such a dork :) luckily his exact words were " I cant wait to wear it everyday" Phew!

Took my cutie pie niece to the Childrens Museum today...in the car she was singing "old mcdonald had an aligator" and " hands, shoulders, kneees and butt" shes such a riot, who sure can wear you out...I am exhausted now.

So its Friday night, and my plans are cleaning the house...scrubbing 3 bathrooms. Sounds exciting eh? yep, home ownership has its perks.

Thank goodness the weekend is here and I get to spend some time with my babe, think we're gonna do some yardwork...not exactly very exciting plans but its gotta get done. I sorta hope the weekend goes by fast beacuse I am looking forward to Monday!! :) if some of you guys dont know why yet, you'll find out soon enough.

7 weeks

Dear Baby,

We have been on this journey only 7 weeks and I can tell you its been quite a ride. As soon as my 6th week was over, you stopped giving me cramps and started giving me nausea (Thanks for that). Throwing up while making breakfast is not the ideal way I wanted to kick off my 7th week but its OK, I love you anyway...you're worth all of this. I have been eating only the best things, to make sure you're healthy for me...I even cut out all caffeine and let me tell you that was very hard for me, I don't even drink iced tea anymore and have a minimal amount of chocolate. Your super excited Daddy went to the baby store while Mommy was at work to buy you something, he came home with bottles - it was so very sweet of him and I hope you have a kind, thoughtful heart just like him.....maybe you can get his green eyes too  :) On Monday I am finally going to the doctor to make sure you're really in there! I hope I get to see you or atleast hear your little heart.

I am dearly missing my nieces...

I impatiently wait for the day where the whole family lives in the same state,

or atleast on the same coast.

Weddings cost a fortune

I figured that this wedding was going to cost us a lot,

just didnt realize it was going to be this much.

 50 Wedding invatations $200 bux, 

they arent even fancy shmancy like some Ive seen

veil $180

dress I wont say but it was more then I wanted to spend

not even gonna say how much our photographer cost...

this however was one of the most important aspects of the wedding for me.

The big day will come and go, pictures  & memories will be forever.

based on the upcoming events & the amount of photos we will have, we decided to get a new computer with a ton of memory space on it - it is verry verry needed for more then one reason.

I hope these next two months fly by :)
